If Only Fame Had An IV

So…is anyone surprised I love Undertale?

I could wax poetic about this beautiful game for a long time. It had a really profound effect on me, one I hadn’t felt about a story in any medium in years and years. I’m still just getting back into the shallow end of the pool after years of an extended art block, so I hope somewhere down the line to do some more fanart for Undertale. Next time, I want to dive a little deeper. ^_^  

But in the meantime, Mettaton is too fabulous not to draw.

MTT is a very interesting character. He’s a diva, he’s selfish, his desire for fame outshines everything else, even his friends. He’s flawed. And I find that to be really interesting. In a game with so many good at heart people who care about eachother, Mettaton stands out as a character who only really cares about himself—but was STILL a good person at heart. He may not be my favorite character in the game (that spot is held by Papyrus and Undyne forever) but he certainly is a memorable one.
